This app is something that would a great assistance for any teacher that uses iPads in the classroom. It helps limit the access of students making it less likely for them to get off task. The Guided Access mode is also something that is very easy to use, and self explanatory. Just playing around on it and someone would be able to teach themselves all of the features. The timer on guided access puts a certain time that the student will be able to use the app they are on. The student wouldn't be able to close the app they are on because of the passcode set by the teacher. A weakness is that you could be playing an educational game that has different levels on it, if you click on a certain level the disabled parts from the page before would still be on the screen, so the student wouldn't be able to play the game as they should be able to. A teacher may want to use a couple of apps at once, but you can not get out of an app if you are using guided access because it limits the use to one app at a time.

Students are only able to use it for as long as the time is set
Through the Guided Access there is a "lock" feature which limits what can be clicked on. And, there is a time feature which puts a time limit on how long the app or internet is used. Both are protected by a pass code.

Ignore all screen touches
Turn off Touch.
Keep iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch from switching from portrait to landscape or from responding to any other motions
Turn off Motion.
End a Guided Access session
